Report a problem
These are some of the issues that are dealt with by the Police by either calling 999 in an emergency or 101 for non-emergency enquiries:
- Anti-social use of vehicles.
- Rowdy and nuisance behaviour.
- Drug dealing.
- Street drinking and anti-social drinking.
- Begging.
- Criminal Damage (vandalism).
- Misuse of air guns and inappropriate use of fireworks.

Abandoned vehicle

Anti-social behaviour

Dog fouling
If you are a dog-owner, while it is an offence to not pick up after your dog, it is also offensive to members of the public to see dog bags dumped on the ground and in hedges.
Please pick up dog mess and deposit of it in one of the many dog bins located around the village.

Litter
Litter, rubbish, fly-tipping and fly-posting can be reported by clicking here, unless you are witnessing fly-tipping, in which case ring 999 to report the issue to the Police.
Noise nuisance

Pot holes
Please report pot-holes to Oxfordshire County Council via Fix-My-Street by clicking here.
Street trading
Street trading can be reported to Cherwell District Council by clicking here.
Criminal activities
If you witness a crime in progress (i.e. occurring right now with the offender still present), or you have concerns that a situation is about to escalate, or someone is in immediate danger, please call 999.
If you are reporting a crime that has already occurred but where the offender is no longer present, please call 101, or make a report via the Thames Valley Police website by clicking here.
Damaged refuse bins
Cherwell District Council will repair damaged bins free of charge. If a bin cannot be repaired they will replace it for free. Bins or caddies that are lost or stolen will also be replaced free of charge.
You can telephone 01295 227003 to report damaged or missing bins or you can report them by sending an email to customer.service@cherwell-dc.gov.uk
Discarded drugs
Discarded drugs or drug paraphernalia can be reported by calling 01295 221940, or if after 5pm and at weekends 01295 221531.
Graffiti
Graffiti can be reported to Cherwell District Council by clicking here.
Roads & pavements

How to complain about us
The Parish Council takes complaints seriously and has a procedure on how you can comment on the Council’s actions and its employees.
