Yarnton Parish Council meetings in 2025

Ordinary Parish Council meetings are held on the second Wednesday in each month starting at 6.30pm in the back room of Yarnton Village Hall as follows:

  8 January – Ordinary Parish Council meeting
22 January – Budget meeting
12 February – Ordinary Parish Council meeting
12 March – Ordinary Parish Council meeting
27 March – Annual Parish Meeting
  9 April – Ordinary Parish Council meeting
14 May – Ordinary Parish Council meeting
11 June – Ordinary Parish Council meeting
  9 July – Ordinary Parish Council meeting
     August – no meeting
10 September – Ordinary Parish Council meeting
  8 October – Ordinary Parish Council meeting
12 November – Ordinary Parish Council meeting
10 December – Ordinary Parish Council meeting

Members of the public are welcome to attend all Parish Council meetings for all or part of the meeting. 15 minutes are reserved for members of public to speak, which will be divided equally between the members of public who attend the meeting. Members of the public who wish to speak need to contact the Clerk 7 days notice in advance of the meeting with their reasons.

Minutes are added to this page once they have been approved by the Council at the subsequent meeting. For copies of minutes of meetings held prior to 2019 please contact the clerk.

Annual Parish Meetings

The Annual Parish meeting usually takes place in April of each year and provides residents with an update on recent activities and offers them an opportunity to discuss any parish issues.
